Cody Henderson runs accounts receivable for one of the largest reconditioning operations in the country
The work starts with an invoice. What happens next determines whether the whole system runs on time.

When a technician finishes a job at a dealership, the next step happens at a desk in the All-Pro home office. Cody Henderson, Accounts Receivable Lead, picks up where the field work ends, making sure the invoice is accurate, the billing clears within 30 days, and both the dealership and the field team stay on the same page about what's owed and when.
Cody leads a four-person team that monitors the entire billing cycle for All-Pro's dealership accounts. The job requires tracking aging balances, following up on outstanding invoices, and coordinating between technicians confirming job details, internal teams managing timelines, and dealership contacts resolving questions.
“Accounts receivable at All-Pro means making sure that the money the field bills to the dealerships is collected properly and doesn't get over 30 days old. We track it, follow up, and work with the field and dealership staff to keep things current.”

The role sits at the intersection of two operations, field and home office, that run on different schedules and in different environments. Getting the billing right on the front end removes friction from everything that follows.
“It takes everyone working together. If the invoice is right on the front end, everything else moves faster.”

His approach to leading the team is practical. He sets clear expectations on aging balances, flags trends before they become backlogs, and stays accessible when his team has questions. Much of that approach traces back to his time learning from Senior Staff Accountant Mykel Crumb.
“I've learned so much from him. He's patient, understanding, and always willing to teach.”

That influence shapes how Cody runs his own team. He doesn't want people to sit on a problem because they're unsure who to ask.
“If one person is carrying more than their share, it throws everything off. Everyone has to be pulling in the same direction. That's how we avoid backlogs and keep serving our partners well.”

Outside work, Cody takes spontaneous road trips to Galveston, San Antonio, and Louisiana, and logs a serious number of live music shows. He attended more than 25 performances during a single CMA Fest. His favorite concert was Coldplay in Colorado.
He is also comfortable on his own. He'll go to a concert alone or take himself out to eat. His advice for anyone coming into the reconditioning industry:
“Be open to change. Never stay comfortable.”
