APAR joins record $1.8 million Speedway Children's Charities Gala
All-Pro Auto Reconditioning attended the 44th Annual Speedway Children's Charities Gala during Coca-Cola 600 race weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, where the event set a new fundraising record for children in need.

The 44th Annual Speedway Children's Charities Gala raised more than $1.8 million on May 21, 2026, a record for the event.
Presented by Sonic Automotive, EchoPark Automotive, and Sonic Powersports, the gala filled Ten Tenths Motor Club with dealers and motorsports executives during Coca-Cola 600 race weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The night supports a charity that has distributed nearly $80 million to children in need since 1982.
All-Pro Auto Reconditioning attended with a six-person table: Kris Cogliano, Thomas Rocha, Brett Boettcher, Monty Meave, Kenneth Kinnaird, and Doug Keller. The group was seated alongside dealer principals and automotive executives from across the region, many of them current and prospective APAR partners.
“The people in that room are the ones we work with all year. Showing up for a cause this size, alongside our partners, is just part of how we operate.”
Brett Boettcher, Chief Strategy Officer, All-Pro Auto Reconditioning
The gala fell during Coca-Cola 600 race weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway — a natural setting for a company that sponsors William Byron and the No. 24 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet in the NASCAR Cup Series. The event extended that motorsports connection into the philanthropic side of the sport.
“Supporting children in the communities where we and our dealer partners do business is something we take seriously. Glad our team could be part of a record night.”
Monty Meave, Chief Revenue Officer, All-Pro Auto Reconditioning
Speedway Children's Charities was founded in 1982 by O. Bruton Smith and funds programs supporting children's educational, financial, social, and medical needs in communities surrounding Speedway Motorsports tracks.
